When is the campsite open?
The campsite is open from April 4 to September 19, 2026 for mobile homes and services, while pitches are only accessible in summer.
Does the campsite have charging points for electric vehicles?
No. However, here are a number of recharging points near our campsite:
- Izivia terminal (Avenue de la résistance 22300 Lannion)
- Qovoltis charging station (6 rue Jean Jacques Audubon)
- West charge station (5 rue Louis de Broglie)
How do I pay for my reservation?
You must pay a deposit of 25% of the price, plus any insurance and booking fees, in a single payment at the time of booking. The balance must be paid in full 30 days before your arrival at the campsite (for mobile-home bookings). If your reservation is made less than 30 days before the start of your stay, the full amount will be required in a single payment at the time of booking.
If I have paid by credit card on your website, will the balance be deducted automatically 30 days before my arrival?
For bookings made on our website, an automatic message will be sent to you by e-mail 40 days before your arrival via the booking system, with a link to pay the balance. Payment is not deducted automatically: you will need to use this link to pay the balance by credit card.
How does payment in instalments with FLOA Bank work?
Simply select the Floa payment method – payment in 4 instalments – when booking. The total amount of your stay, plus a 2.48% charge, will be divided into 4 instalments. The first instalment must be paid on the day of booking, and subsequent instalments will be debited automatically. This payment method is available up to 2 days before the start of your stay.
Do you accept VACAF vouchers and how do I use them when booking?
We accept VACAF vouchers. All you need to do is book in the name of the beneficiary, and enter the beneficiary’s number in the comments space after registering all participants. The aid will not be calculated automatically: when you confirm your booking, after paying a deposit of 25% of the total amount, we will provide you with details of the VACAF aid and the amount of the balance to be paid, after deduction of the aid.
How much are the application fees?
A processing fee of €21 is payable.
Can I put an option on a stay?
If you call the campsite or our reservation center, you can place an option on a stay, valid for 7 days.
After 7 days, if you have not confirmed your reservation, the accommodation will no longer be reserved for you. Please note: for stays with a departure date of less than 21 days, it is not possible to place an option, and the total amount of the stay will be required at the time of booking.
What are the conditions for cancelling my stay?
In the event ofcancellation, interruption of stay or postponement of arrival, whatever the cause (illness, accident or unforeseen event), the tenant remains liable for payment of the balance of the reservation. No refund will be made.
Do you accept vacation vouchers?
We accept Chèques-Vacances ANCV.

Can I pay for my holiday with Connect vacation vouchers?
This online payment option allows you to pay easily and securely. Connect vacation vouchers allow you to pay to the nearest cent, at a distance. Tip: order your Connect vacation vouchers now from your CSE. That way, you won’t have to convert your paper cheques to Connect format later on.
Is it possible to get a map of the campsite?
A map of the campsite is available on our website, in the “Downloads” section at the bottom of the page.
Can I choose my pitch if I already know the campsite?
Yes, you can choose your pitch number from the map available on our website. Then select the “Choice of pitch number” option (please specify in the comments), subject to availability, for a cost of €40.
Can I book two mobile homes side by side?
By choosing the “Choice of pitch number” option (to be specified in the comments) at a cost of €40 per accommodation, you can indicate the accommodation numbers corresponding to the types reserved, as they appear on the campsite map. This guarantees that you will reserve the pitch numbers you require.
Can I change my reservation?
Yes, subject to availability and up to one month before the arrival date. A modification fee will be applied to the stay. Last-minute date changes are not possible.
What is “Participation aux Ordures Ménagères” and how much does it cost?
The campsite is subject to waste treatment charges and participates in the Plan Camping Durable Bretagne. This contribution, amounting to €0.55 per day per person, is payable by all occupants and reflects the cost of these obligations.
How many people can stay on a single pitch?
The maximum capacity of a pitch is 6 people, including babies.
How many people are allowed to stay in the same rental?
Each accommodation has a maximum capacity, including babies.
Do I have to clean up when I leave?
You are responsible for cleaning your rental.
You can subscribe to our cleaning package when you make your reservation. Please note: this package does not include tidying up or washing up, which must be done on departure.
You must also take out your household garbage. The welcome booklet details the complete check-out procedure.
What are the arrival and departure times for rentals?
Rentals are available from 4pm. Departures must be made before 10am. Pitches are available from 3.30pm (reception opening time) and must be vacated by midday.
What should I do if I arrive at the campsite after reception has closed?
An envelope with your name on it awaits you at the reception door, containing your gate badge and a map of the campsite (with the location of your mobile home indicated). The mobile home is opened on arrival, and you’ll need to come by the next morning to collect the key and pay the deposit.
Can my pet come with me?
We accept pets for a daily fee of €5 per animal.

First and second category dogs are prohibited.

Pets must be kept on a leash, and up-to-date vaccination records may be requested at any time.

Pets may not be left alone in the accommodation during your stay.

Limit per accommodation or pitch: 2 animals maximum, with a maximum weight of 25 kg per animal.
When are the toboggans open?
Large slides:
- April 5 to May 4, May 8-10, May 28 to June 1, June 7-9: 3pm – 7pm
- July 5 to August 30: 2:30 pm – 7:30 pm
Lower slides:
- April 5 to August 30, 10 am – 7 pm (closes at 7:30 pm July/August)
Heated indoor pool: daily, 10am – 7pm
The “SpaceBowl” slide is reserved for people over 1.2 m tall. Can I accompany a smaller child?
No, for safety reasons, this slide may only be used by one person at a time. Even if accompanied by parents, children under the required height will not be allowed access.
Are swimming shorts allowed?
In swimming pools, swim trunks and wristbands must be worn. For the sake ofhygiene and safety, long garments, shorts, boxer shorts, overalls, skirts, Bermuda shorts, full-coverage swimsuits and anti-UV T-shirts (except for children under 8) are prohibited. Babies and young children must wear diapers specially designed for swimming, to comply with hygiene standards.
Can I access the water park by paying for a day?
No, forinsurance reasons, the water park is reserved for people staying at the campsite, whether on a pitch or in a mobile home.
Are babies included in the accommodation’s maximum capacity?
Yes, babies are included in the accommodation capacity. The maximum number of people indicated for each rental must not be exceeded, for safety and insurance reasons.
Is TV included in all accommodations?
No, not all accommodations include a television. Only Presta+ and Exotic mobile homes are equipped with a television. For other types, it is possible to rent a television for €35 per week.
Can I bring my own television into the mobile home?
If a TV is not included in your rental, you can bring your own. Depending on the type of TV and the connection cables used, we cannot guarantee that it will work properly.
Can I park a second vehicle near my mobile home?
Only one parking space is provided per accommodation. No additional vehicles are allowed on the pitch. Only rentals for 9 people or more have a second parking space per accommodation.
Are visitors allowed?
Daily visitors are allowed at a cost of €3 per day and must report to reception.
For insurance reasons, they do not have access to the aquatic areas.
Can people from outside the campsite eat at the restaurant?
Guests not staying at the campsite can eat on site, and their children can enjoy the children’s playground. However, forinsurance reasons, visitors not staying at the campsite do not have access to theaquatic area.
Can I recharge my electric vehicle using the socket in my mobile home?
Following several serious accidents involving the illegal recharging of electric vehicles at campsite sockets, we would like to remind you that our accommodation is not suitable for recharging electric or hybrid vehicles.

Cause major damage to the campsite’s electrical system.
Our insurance policies do not cover any damage related to vehicle recharging. All claims will be borne exclusively by the vehicle owner. For your safety, it is strictly forbidden to recharge the battery of an electric or hybrid vehicle by plugging it into an accommodation socket. In the event of an offence, a charge of €100 will be made to your credit card.
Is it possible to put a crib in the bedroom with the double bed?
It is possible to install a cot in the master bedroom of certain mobile homes, such as the Presta+ 30 m² 4/6 persons, 2 bedrooms. For more information or to book, please contact reception.
Someone would like to join us and spend 3 days with us. Is this possible?
Within the capacity of your accommodation, this is possible. Any additional person must be declared at reception in order to pay the tourist tax and the contribution to household waste.
Why can a group booking with minors be refused?
The rule concerning reservations for minors is as follows: any minor presenting his or her identity card at the reception desk during check-in will be refused entry if not accompanied by his or her parents for the entire stay. Even with parental authorization, this is not sufficient according to campsite regulations, and the minor will be refused entry.
Is wifi available on the campsite?
Yes, there is a charge for Wi-Fi: €11 per week for one device, or €30 per week for all devices in the mobile home.
Is there a deposit to be paid for the stay?
Yes, a deposit is required: €300 by bank transfer for a mobile home and €100 for a pitch.
